Avia Phone makes transferring a call simple and easy!

With Avia Phone, transferring a call is made simple. Once you have answered a call, you may have your call transferred to the phone number of your choice, it could be your office phone, cell phone, or any other number. Your call will immediately be transferred. Like all of our other features, Call Transfer is included in all Avia Phone Plans, and because it is Avia Phone there is no additional charges, we treat it just like any other call. However, we will charge all calls outside of your Plan's calling area according to the International Rates.

Use Avia phone's Call Transfer to direct your calls to anywhere within your plan's calling area.

While on a call with the party to be transferred:

Press the flash button or switch hook to place the party on hold.

Wait for the dial tone then dial *98 and the number you wish to transfer the call to.

When the call is connected you will hear a short confirmation tone followed by a regular dial tone confirming the call has been transferred.
