Avia Phone is there to protect you from service interruptions due to power failure, disturbance with your internet connection, and even hardware problems.

In many cases other service providers will simply stop working during power failures, hardware problems, or if there is a disturbance with your internet connection, but with Avia Phone you are secure from all these issues. In case of disturbance, your calls will be immediately forwarded to any number of your choice until the service resumes working properly.

Login to your Avia Phone Web Account.

Under the control Panel click on the Features tab.

Scroll down to view Service Protection, and then click settings to configure.

Insert the number and define it as your Service Protection number.

This feature is provided just in case, and comes with all of our plans at no additional cost. All calls using this feature are treated as a normal call for billing purposes. However, if your Service Protection number is outside your plan's calling area the call will be charged according to our great international rates.
